LiveVox’s growth has generated a need for an additional outbound lead generation representative to join our business development group and help accelerate LiveVox's adoption into new segments. The position is needed in our Fairview Heights, IL office.
Job responsibilities
- Outside Lead Generation (OLG) representative are an integral part of the Marketing and Sales teams at LiveVox.
- OLG reps make outbound calls to prospects to create awareness of the LiveVox solutions, identify potential needs and assess a fit.
- OLG reps’ main goal is to qualify the prospect and schedule a more detailed follow up call with a subject matter expert to complete a more detailed discovery call or product demonstration.
- OLG reps interact internally with the Marketing, Sales and Business Consulting teams on a regular basis and other teams as needed.
- We have both full-time and part-time positions available in our Fairview Heights, IL location.
