About the Position

LiveVox is growing fast and we are adding to our team a highly-skilled HR Business Partner based in our Roswell, GA facility.  This opportunity is ideal for a skilled HR professional to contribute to global people practices with a key focus on elevating practice offerings and reinforcing the company culture. Reporting to the SVP, HR, the position requires an individual who can operate hands-on, assisting with transactions as needed, as well as offer business partner caliber consulting as a key resource to the company’s managers and teams.  The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment working across all departments within the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Proactively support the delivery of HR processes and tools, providing managers and employees a first HR point of contact for a broad range of activities such as talent management practices, performing in alignment with our values, career development, employee relations and the resolution of work-related issues
  • Builds strong business relationships with our leaders and their teams; understand our business, key people priorities, challenges and opportunities to improve performance while increasing employee satisfaction
  • Partner with managers and team members on employee relations and retention initiatives to ensure quality work relationships, high morale, and development of effective teams. Help achieve a “best place to work” environment through use of employee surveys, implementation of best practices and by staying abreast of cultural trends in the technology sector
  • Works with managers to assess their organizations readiness for continued growth, challenge the organizational structure as needed to plan for growth and change, help to identify skill gaps, and propose and assist to implement changes to develop people and the organization
  • Assist the team to establish HR-related global practices and deliver training and workshops to develop skills in areas such as corporate ethics (discrimination and harassment prevention), employee performance and talent management, coaching and career development
  • Maintain the company’s US Employee Handbook, ensuring it is up-to-date with compliant policies.
  • Maintain current knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations, laws, industry trends, practices, and developments that might impact the organization
  • Work with the Sr. HR Coordinator, and legal counsel as needed, to manage immigration/visa activity.
  • Manage US employee off-boarding process. Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation, analyze trends and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area
  • Seven or more years of progressive HR experience including within a rapidly growing technology environment with international locations
  • A successful track record of consulting to managers and employees in the area of employee relations, performance management
  • Strong presentation skills required; experience delivering HR training programs preferred
  • A successful track record coaching and developing managers and team members
  • Certified career and/or 360 feedback coach is preferred
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • The professionalism to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Other:

  • Track data for Flash reporting and Board presentations.
  • Complete month-end and quarter-end close assignments.
  • Work with others to explain fluctuations in accounts receivable and revenue accounts.
  • Assist with annual external audits.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.
